I should fire all you people for letting me think that cutting my own hair for so long was a good idea. Look at this mess I made last summer of my fine, limp, greasy hair:
It's sinful. (In my defense: I was wearing a hat just minutes before taking this picture. But, still, that's no excuse; any self-respecting fag could and should have planned ahead for this.)
2008 has been all about the barbershop. And now my hair looks like this:
Simple, clean, and, at only $11 plus tip, cheap. Can't beat that.

I'm definitely getting the Matt Damon look from Oceans 11 in that second picture.
Haircut is lookin' good, friend!

I'm digging the glasses. Very cool.

I love the hair. Plus $11 plus tip, you can't beat it.

I like your old hair better

Though your eyes pierce my soul....I'm gonna agree with Trevor in that I kinda like the haircut from last summer. It's fresh, funky and playful.
But of course, the clean cut look is always a winner. Plus, as it grows, you can funk it up if you'd like.
HUGS!

Your self-cut looks surprisingly good and the new 'do is pretty rad.
Now let's get down to brass tacks...where did you score those ace frames?
Posted by: Dignan | June 10, 2008 at 04:25 PM
Tim: People tell me that all the time! I think it's my furrowed brow.
Brian: Thank you! The frames in the second picture are fake; I'm still trying 'em out to see if I like 'em enough to put real lenses in.
Zartman: Thank you!
Trevor: Reeeeeeeeeally? Oy. I can't win. :)
Ruben: Why thank you, kind sir. Fresh, funky, and playful is hard to maintain, though, so I'm sticking with clean cut for now.
Dignan: Thanks! They're Rayban Wayfarer prescription glasses: http://eyeglasses.go-optic.com/store/Eyeglasses/details.asp?id=21251

You have GORGEOUS eyes and I'm totally digging the frames in the first pic.
Was this post about hair?

love the new 'do! where do you get it cut for only $11 in the city?!!

Call me old fashioned, but I like the messy look in the first pic. I mean, you look great in both, but what's wrong with a little bit of the "purposely disheveled"?

i like the messy as i imagine it coming out from under a cap/helmet.
the new look is cute though...very mr. ripley...to play on the now i'm more obsessed cause omg you do resemble my husband mr damon.

I've lived in the city for 3 years and I have yet to bring myself to go get my hair professionally cut. It's not so much the cost as it is the fact that I can't sit still for that long (which probably says too much about me..).
Your hair looked pretty good in the first pic. Looks good in the second pic too though (more refined). And nice glasses in both!
